- Take US 77 South directly into Kingsville. The Visitors Center is located at 1501 N. Highway 77 on the north side of town.
- From San Antonio
- Take US 281 South to US 77 South at Alice, then continue south to Kingsville. Alternatively, take I-37 South to Corpus Christi, then US 77 South.
- From Laredo
- Take US 59 East to US 281 North, then connect to US 77 South toward Kingsville. Or take US 83 North to US 77 North at Harlingen.
- From McAllen / Rio Grande Valley
- Take US 77 North (concurrent with I-69E) through Harlingen and Raymondville directly to Kingsville.
- From Houston
